3. WhatsApp and Meta Data Usage

  • Opt-Out: Users can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying with standard stop commands (e.g., "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE"). Opt-out requests are processed immediately and no further messages are sent.
  • We do not initiate messages to users who have not provided consent.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following necessary parties to provide the Service:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp): For message delivery and connectivity.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: For secure hosting and database services.
  • AI Service Providers: Only when automation features are enabled, for the sole purpose of processing responses.

We do not share data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or resale purposes.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain message and automation data for up to 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by the business or by law.
  • Business Deletion: Businesses can request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
  • User Deletion: End-users can request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the business or our support team.
